One sunny afternoon, Alice was sitting on the riverbank beside her sister, who was reading a book with no pictures. Alice was getting rather bored. Suddenly a White Rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her. He wore a waistcoat, took a watch out of its pocket and said, “Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be late!”
